Corporate Visions Enhances its Customer Conversation System by Acquiring Launch International

Corporate Visions, a leading marketing and sales messaging company, has acquired Launch International, a specialist in marketing and sales enablement content, to enhance its customer conversation system and expand its offerings of consulting, content, and training tools that improve sales conversations throughout the customer buying cycle.

Company Expands Sales and Marketing Content Practice to Provide More Enablement Tools to Drive Successful Conversations Across the Customer Buying Cycle

LARKSPUR, Calif. – June 25, 2014 – Corporate Visions, Inc., the leading marketing and sales messaging, tools and training company, announced it has acquired Launch International, Inc., a communications company specializing in marketing and sales enablement content. This acquisition further enhances Corporate Visions’ customer conversation system and expands its market leadership position as the largest provider of consulting, content, and training products and services for helping companies improve their selling conversations.

Since its inception in 1992, Launch International has focused on developing marketing and sales support tools ranging from thought leadership-based campaigns and e-Books to sales playbooks and product launch kits.

Unlike traditional agencies, Launch International has experience in delivering both marketing content strategy and frameworks, as well as producing both buyer- and seller-facing content and tools that foster more insightful business conversations with a wide range of decision-makers.

The Launch International acquisition is Corporate Visions’ fourth in less than two years. Previously, the company acquired Executive Conversation, the leader in business and financial acumen sales skills training; BayGroup International, the leading negotiations sales skills training company; and WhiteboardSelling, a pioneer in visual storytelling for improving sales conversations and presentations.

The acquisition was officially completed on June 20, 2014. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
