CVI Product Used

1. CVI Intellectual Property (i.e., eLearning modules) access

  • Purpose: Processor shall process Personal Data only for the purpose of performing the services and otherwise fulfilling its obligations under the Master Service Agreement. In particular, the processing of Personal Data is necessary in order to provide professional services.
  • Description of Processing: Collecting, sorting, saving, transferring, restricting, and deleting data.
  • Data Subjects: Employees, agents, and independent contractors of Customer (who are natural persons).
  • Data Categories: Identification and contact data (name, address, title, contact details); Audio/Video Coaching Recordings; IT information (IP addresses, cookies data, location data); eLearning progress data.
  • Special Categories of Data: None.
  • Location of Processing: United States, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands (SecondNature), UK.
  • Sub-processors: Allego, Microsoft, Box, Inc, ZenDesk, Intacct, Second Nature, Slack, Amazon Web Services, Rustici (Enterprise Subscriptions).

2. vPlaybook

  • Purpose: Processor shall process Personal Data only for the purpose of performing the services and otherwise fulfilling its obligations under the Master Service Agreement. In particular, the processing of Personal Data is necessary in order to provide professional services.
  • Description of Processing: Collecting, sorting, saving, transferring, restricting, and deleting data.
  • Data Subjects: Employees, agents, and independent contractors of Customer (who are natural persons).
  • Data Categories: Identification and contact data (name, address, title, contact details); IT information (IP addresses, cookies data, location data).
  • Special Categories of Data: None.
  • Location of Processing: United States.
  • Sub-processors: Box, Inc, Microsoft, ZenDesk, Intacct, Slack, Amazon Web Services.

3. TruVoice

  • Purpose: Processor shall process Personal Data only for the purpose of performing the services and otherwise fulfilling its obligations under the Master Service Agreement. In particular, the processing of Personal Data is necessary in order to provide professional services.
  • Description of Processing: Collecting, sorting, saving, transferring, restricting, and deleting data.
  • Data Subjects: Employees, agents, and independent contractors of Customer (who are natural persons); Prospects, customers, business partners, and vendors of Customer (who are natural persons); Employees or contact persons of Customer’s prospects, customers, business partners, and vendors.
  • Data Categories: Identification and contact data (name, address, title, contact details); IT information (IP addresses, cookies data, location data); Employment details (employer, job title, geographic location, area of responsibility); Voice recordings of survey participants.
  • Special Categories of Data: None.
  • Location of Processing: United States.
  • Sub-processors: Twilio, inWhatLanguage, Big Language Solutions, Google, Microsoft, Box, Inc, ZenDesk, Intacct, Slack, Amazon Web Services.
